These terms cover services provided by ZeroSynapse. Each engagement is also confirmed in a written scope; where the scope and these terms differ, the written scope applies.

Scope

Before work starts we agree in writing what will be tested or built, what you will receive, and how acceptance will be judged.

The Five-Day Lead-Flow Reliability Audit

• Covers one client account, one lead source and one CRM.
• Fee: $600 fixed, paid upfront.
• Timing: five business days from when the agreed access is in place.
• Refund: If the agreed tests and written findings aren't delivered within five business days of receiving access, the fee is refunded.
• Credit: The $600 is credited towards the 14-Day Sprint if you go ahead within 14 days.
• The audit diagnoses; it does not change your live set-up.

Your responsibilities

You arrange the agreed access, created by your own team, and confirm you have your client's permission for us to work in their systems.

Changes to live systems

Nothing in a live system is changed without your written approval. Approved changes are logged and come with a rollback plan.

Confidentiality and data

We keep your information and your clients' information confidential, access only the data the work needs, and confirm removal of our access at handover.

Results

Findings describe the systems as tested at the time. We don't guarantee particular business results, such as lead volumes or revenue.
