Who we are

This website is operated by ZeroSynapse, run by Aliyan. You can contact us about privacy through the contact form.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, work email, company, website (if given), the topic you choose and your message. We don't ask for, and you shouldn't send, passwords or client lead data.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we agree to work together, to arrange and deliver that work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us, and later the contract between us.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this website. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the records of that engagement.

Who we share it with

No one, other than the service providers that run this website and our email.

Client data during an engagement

Lead or customer data we see while working in a client's systems is handled under the agreement for that engagement: we access only the fields the work needs, through access the client creates, and that access is removed at handover.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used. Contact us through the contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top will change too.
