About

A focused systems agency with a real founder.

ZeroSynapse is an AI automation and systems agency founded by Aliyan. It designs dependable systems, integrations and workflows for businesses whose leads, data and customer processes move across several tools.

The founder

The founder

Aliyan

Founder of ZeroSynapse · Based in Karachi, Pakistan, working with clients remotely

Aliyan is a developer and automation builder. His work spans software development, workflow automation, API integrations and analytics—the systems that move information between the tools a business depends on.

ZeroSynapse is currently a founder-led agency: Aliyan scopes, builds and supports every engagement personally.

How ZeroSynapse developed

From building software to protecting the work it carries

  1. Software and systems

The work began with building software: web applications, back-end services and the data behind them.

  2. Automation and integrations

More and more of it became about connecting tools—automations, APIs and the hand-offs between systems.

  3. Revenue-critical operations

The pattern was clear: the costliest failures sit in those hand-offs, where leads and data move without anyone watching. That is where ZeroSynapse now focuses.

Why revenue-critical operations

Where a quiet failure costs the most

A broken report is annoying. A lead that never reaches a salesperson is lost revenue—and for an agency, it can also cost the client.

That is why the first specialism is lead-to-revenue reliability for paid-media and lead-generation agencies. The same thinking applies wherever information has to move between tools without getting lost.

Principles

How the work is done

  • Business problem before technology

We start with what a failure costs, then choose the tools.

  • Evidence before assumptions

Controlled tests and timestamped logs, not opinions about what is probably happening.

  • Reliability before complexity

The simplest design that works and can be maintained beats a clever one nobody understands.

  • Clear scope and documentation

Scope and acceptance criteria are written down before work starts. Everything built is documented.

  • Limited, revocable access

Only the access the work needs, created by your team, and removed at handover.

  • No fabricated results

No invented clients, numbers or testimonials. Demonstrations are labelled as demonstrations.

Where it's going

Deep before broad

ZeroSynapse is at an early stage, and says so. Today it is Aliyan, doing the work personally, with one clear specialism.

The plan is to go deep in lead-to-revenue reliability first, publish what is learned, and grow into neighbouring operational problems only where the same reliability thinking genuinely applies.
