How we work
No pre-built automation forced onto your business.
Every operation is different. We start by understanding yours, prove where it breaks, and only then design and build—in small, approved, reversible steps.
The process
Diagnose
- 01
Understand the operation
How the business makes money, who depends on the workflow, and what a failure costs.
- 02
Map the current workflow
Every tool, hand-off, field and owner, as it really runs today—not as it was designed.
- 03
Identify failure points
Controlled tests show where information can be lost, delayed, duplicated or misrouted.
- 04
Prioritise the commercial risk
Fix first what touches revenue, client trust or reporting. Not everything needs fixing.
Build
- 05
Design the system
The simplest reliable design for this operation, agreed in writing before anything is built.
- 06
Build and test
Built in small, reversible steps. Every change is approved, logged and tested against real cases.
- 07
Document and hand over
Clear documentation, a walkthrough for your team, and access removed when it's no longer needed.
Keep it working
- 08
Monitor and improve
Ongoing checks and alerts, so problems are found by us rather than by your clients.
At handover
You own what was built, and you understand it.
Nothing should depend on one person remembering how it works—including us.
- A map of the workflow as built
- Documentation of every rule, field mapping and integration
- A recorded walkthrough for your team
- The evidence log of tests and changes
- A list of the access we held, and confirmation it was removed
Change control
Live systems are changed carefully
Scope and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before work starts. Nothing in a live system changes without your sign-off, and every approved change has a documented way back.
Access is created by your team, limited to what the work needs, and removed at handover. Never send passwords through Instagram, email or chat.
Have an operational workflow you don't fully trust?
Let's map it and find out where it could be breaking.
